  • Even though our bracelets are made with 14k gold-filled beads that are designed to resist tarnishing, proper care will help keep your jewelry looking its best for years to come.

    To maintain the beauty and longevity of your piece:

    • Avoid contact with water, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, soaps, and cleaning products

    • Remove jewelry before sleeping, exercising, swimming, or showering

    • Clean and polish gently using a soft, dry cloth

    • Store jewelry in a dry place, preferably in a jewelry bag or box when not in use

    • Avoid impact, bending, or pulling, which may cause damage over time

    • Prolonged exposure to moisture or sweat may affect the finish and longevity of the piece

  • All items are handmade and made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times do not include shipping time.

  • Please refer to our sizing guide before placing your order. Because each piece is handmade to order, all sales are final. Double-checking measurements helps ensure a perfect fit!

  • All items are handmade and customized to the selected size. For this reason, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, With Love, Lane LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

  • Because each piece is handmade and customized to the selected size, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing. We recommend carefully reviewing our sizing guide before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

  • Email us within 3 days of confirmed delivery and provide photo documentation. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.


    Items that have been worn, stretched or otherwise used are not eligible for defect claims. Due to the delicate nature of handmade jewelry, damage caused by normal wear, improper handling or exposure to water, lotions or perfumes is not considered a manufacturing defect.

  • Once payment is received, we are unable to cancel or modify orders due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products.

  • Shipping times vary by location and carrier. Once an order is delivered to the carrier and marked as shipped, risk of loss and title transfer to the customer.

  • With Love, Lane LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after shipment.
