All jewelry sold by With Love, Lane LLC is intended for adult use only unless otherwise stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, With Love, Lane LLC, its members, managers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies even if With Love, Lane LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Materials & Allergies
We strive to accurately describe the materials used in our jewelry. However, individual sensitivities and allergies vary.
Pieces are secured using professional jewelry adhesive as part of the construction process.
With Love, Lane LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Customers are responsible for reviewing material descriptions prior to purchase.
6. Jewelry Care & Wear
Jewelry is subject to normal wear and tear. Damage caused by improper care, exposure to water, chemicals, impact, or misuse is not considered a defect.
Care instructions provided are guidelines only. Proper care remains the responsibility of the customer.
7. Modifications to Services and Prices
With Love, Lane LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue products, services, and prices at any time without prior notice.
All prices listed on the website or social media pages are subject to change. Orders placed before a price change will be honored at the price listed at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions and to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors or discrepancies.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received in full prior to order processing.

9. Shipping & Risk of Loss
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been delivered to the carrier and marked as shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
10. Returns & Exchanges
All items are handmade and customized to the selected size. For this reason, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, With Love, Lane LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us in writing within 5 days of confirmed delivery and provide photo documentation. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

18. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact With Love, Lane LLC to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution.
Filing a fraudulent chargeback or dispute after receiving a product may constitute fraud. We reserve the right to provide documentation to payment processors and pursue recovery of funds for abuse of the chargeback process.
19. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or purchasing our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
